Champagne Haus is a private, members-only social club created to foster meaningful connections in a sophisticated, discreet, and welcoming environment. To preserve the quality of each gathering, all members and guests are expected to review and abide by the following rules and policies.

Private Membership Club

Champagne Haus is a private social club, not a public bar, nightclub, or commercial venue.

Attendance is limited to approved members and invited guests who have registered in advance through the Champagne Haus website.

The host reserves the right to approve or decline any membership application or event registration at their sole discretion.

Respect & Consent

All interactions at Champagne Haus must be consensual and respectful.

By attending, you agree to:

• Respect personal boundaries at all times.

• Accept “no” immediately and without pressure.

• Refrain from harassment, coercion, or aggressive behavior.

• Treat all guests with courtesy and discretion.

Any violation of these standards may result in immediate removal and permanent revocation of membership.

Privacy & Discretion

Champagne Haus is built on trust.

Guests agree to:

• Respect the privacy of all attendees.

• Avoid discussing other guests without their permission.

• Refrain from photography, video recording, or live streaming without explicit consent from everyone involved.

• Keep the location and identities of attendees confidential.

Eligibility

All attendees must:

• Be at least 21 years old.

• Provide valid government-issued identification upon request.

• Complete the membership application and be approved before attending.

• Be legally permitted to attend private social gatherings in Utah.

Registration & Payment

Advance registration is required for all events.

Payment policies:

• Event tickets are charged at the time of registration unless otherwise noted.

• Membership dues are billed on a recurring basis until canceled.

• Membership does not guarantee admission to any specific event; space remains limited and RSVP is required.

• Pricing may vary by event.

Refunds & Credits

Event Tickets

• Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the event may receive a credit toward a future event.

• Cancellations within 48 hours are generally non-refundable.

• No-shows are non-refundable.

Membership

Membership dues are non-refundable once charged.

Application Denials

If an applicant is not approved for membership or attendance, any payment collected in advance will be refunded or credited, depending on the booking structure used.

Guest Policy

Approved members may bring guests only when permitted by the event listing.

All guests must:

• Meet eligibility requirements.

• Agree to these policies.

• Be approved by the host when required.

Members are responsible for the conduct of their guests.

Food & Beverage

Light refreshments may be provided.

Events are generally BYOB unless otherwise stated.

Guests are expected to:

• Drink responsibly.

• Arrange safe transportation if needed.

• Respect all local laws.

The host reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any guest who appears excessively intoxicated or disruptive.

Illegal Activity

Champagne Haus does not permit illegal activity of any kind.

Any attendee engaging in unlawful conduct will be asked to leave immediately and may be permanently banned.

Dress Codes

Certain events may include recommended or themed attire, such as:

• Underwear

• Jockstraps

• Loungewear

• Cocktail attire

Event descriptions will specify any applicable dress guidelines.

Arrival & Departure

Please:

• Arrive within the designated check-in window.

• Respect neighbors by entering and exiting quietly.

• Follow all parking instructions provided before the event.  Ubering is strongly recommended.

Right to Refuse Service

Champagne Haus reserves the right to deny admission or remove any attendee for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these rules

• Disruptive behavior

• Safety concerns

• Conduct inconsistent with the atmosphere and values of the club

No refunds are required in such cases.

Assumption of Risk

By attending, guests acknowledge that they participate voluntarily and assume all personal risks associated with attendance.

Guests agree to release and hold harmless Champagne Haus, Casa Signora, and the host from liability to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Membership Cancellation

Champagne Haus may suspend or terminate any membership at its sole discretion.

Members may cancel recurring memberships according to the terms provided during checkout.
